01 - Who we are
Looplogic is a design and engineering studio based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything privacy-related, write to hello@looplogic.works.
02 - What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message. Submissions are delivered to our inbox as email - we do not store them in a database on this site.
Call bookings: if you book a call, our scheduling provider Cal.com collects your name, email address and the time you choose.
Technical data: our hosting provider Vercel processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. If site analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and aggregate - we cannot identify or profile individual visitors.
03 - How we use it
We use your data for exactly one thing: responding to you. That means replying to your message, holding the call you booked, and continuing the conversation if there is one.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, build profiles, or send marketing email you did not ask for.
05 - Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. Embedded services - the Cal.com booking widget and YouTube videos - may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their policies linked above.
06 - How long we keep it
Contact-form messages and booking correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and at most two years - then deleted. Server logs are retained by Vercel on their standard short-term schedule.
07 - Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@looplogic.works and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, these rights are backed by law - including the EU/UK GDPR and Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act.
08 - Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above. Substantive changes will not apply retroactively to data collected under an earlier version.
