01 - The problem
Shift-based teams - hospitals, manufacturing, hospitality - still plan rosters in spreadsheets. Double-bookings, missed shifts and hours of coordination are the norm, and the people managing them are rarely tech specialists.
02 - What we built
We designed and engineered Rostrd end-to-end: a rostering platform simple enough for a duty doctor to run, powerful enough to schedule across branches, departments and roles. Built and operated by Looplogic from first wireframe to production.
